He joined Shockwave Medical in 2021 to lead the company transition from a distribution model to direct sales in the UK and France, and eventually DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), and India.<\/p>\n<p>He is responsible for all Shockwave Intravascular Lithotripsy activities across direct markets in Europe, as well as distribution markets throughout South America and the Asia-Pacific region.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Shockwave, Paul held leadership roles at AstraZeneca and Sanofi before transitioning into the medical device sector with Boston Scientific in 2011.
