Calcified Bilateral Iliacs: Changing Compliance for Large Bore Access<\/h2>\n

A 78-year-old female patient was referred for evaluation of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) associated with peripheral artery disease (PAD). A pre-procedural CT showed heavily calcified iliacs.
