Claudiana Triskatis

Claudiana Triskatis serves as the Head of Human Resources for Interventional Cardiovascular. In her role, she drives a global talent and culture agenda to enable the continued growth and scaling of Shockwave Medical.
Prior to joining Shockwave, Claudiana led market analysis, organizational transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives across multiple industries, including telecommunications, energy, and education. Most recently, she led Human Resources for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Germany and OneHR for Germany and Austria.
Claudiana earned her doctorate in employment law from the University of Munich.
