Vicente Albuquerque is an accomplished HR leader with over 20 years of professional experience, including 11 years at Johnson & Johnson. He has recently been appointed as Global Head of HR, Shockwave, where he will focus on advancing global talent strategies, fostering inclusion, and building organizational capabilities to drive business growth.
Vince previously led the MedTech LATAM HR team, where he implemented talent initiatives that enhanced leadership development, increased engagement, and improved business outcomes across emerging markets. His background spans roles in Key Account Management, Business Insights, and HR across various industries such as Media, Automotive, and Technology in both Latin America and North America.
Vicente holds an MBA and a bachelor’s in psychology from top Brazilian universities, along with certifications in high-performing teams and change management.
