Rachael joined Shockwave in September 2024 and leads the Global Communications & Public Affairs team. She oversees all internal and external communications to support the continued growth of the global Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) portfolio and help introduce the Reducer technology to new markets globally.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Shockwave, she served as Global Communications Leader at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in the Infectious Diseases & Vaccines and Specialty Ophthalmology therapeutic areas. She previously served in various public affairs roles of increasing responsibility at Abbott, including in its medical devices, diagnostics, and corporate external affairs organizations.<\/p>\n

Rachael started her career at public relations agencies in Cincinnati, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois. She earned her B.A. in Communication Arts with a concentration in Public Relations and a Business minor from Xavier University in Cincinnati.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n
