Rich serves as the Vice President of the North American Sales Team at Shockwave Medical. He joined the company in early 2020 as Director of Commercial Strategy and transitioned to the role of Area Vice President. Prior to joining Shockwave, Rich held various leadership roles at Boston Scientific, including Area Vice President for the Watchman, Interventional Cardiology, and Structural Heart divisions, as well as Director of Structural Heart Sales Training and Watchman Commercial Strategy.<\/p>\n

Earlier in his career, Rich was at Edwards Lifesciences and was one of the first employees to launch TAVR, and he worked at Abbott Vascular, contributing to the launch of the XIENCE V stent.<\/p>\n

Rich earned a B.S. in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication and an M.S. in Sports Business from Florida State University, where he was a varsity football letterman and a member of the 1999 National Championship team.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n
