Lahn serves as Shockwave Medical’s Vice President of Clinical Affairs for the Coronary Sinus Reducer. She joined Shockwave in January 2018 as Senior Director of Clinical Affairs, overseeing several clinical trials of coronary and peripheral Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL). Previously, Lahn served as Director of Clinical Affairs at Abbott (formerly Thoratec) where she managed several pre- and post-market studies of left ventricular assist devices for the treatment of advanced heart failure. Prior to that, she served in various clinical and research positions at Boston Scientific and Cambridge Heart.
Lahn earned a B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and an M.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth School of Medicine.
