Lisa Becker
VP, Reducer Regulatory Affairs
Lisa serves as Vice President, Reducer Regulatory Affairs. Lisa joined Shockwave Medical in April 2023 following Shockwave’s acquisition of Neovasc Inc. where she was also Vice President, Regulatory Affairs. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, with leadership roles spanning across multiple business areas including cardiovascular, structural heart and cardiac rhythm management.
Lisa was previously Divisional Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, for Abbott’s Structural Heart division. Lisa’s team was responsible for the first in the world approval for a Transcatheter Mitral Valve and Tricuspid TEER device, and US approval of the Amplatzer PFO device.
Lisa graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Organizational Behavior and a minor in General Engineering. She earned her M.S. in Human Resource Management and Information Systems from Chapman University.
