Renee Gaeta
Chief Financial Officer
Renee joined Shockwave Medical in February 2024 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Shockwave, Renee was Chief Financial Officer at Eko Health, a medical device company focused on developing tools to help physicians detect cardiovascular and pulmonary disease.
From 2017 to 2021, Renee was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the executive team at Establishment Labs Holdings, Inc. where she played a key role in the company’s successful initial public offering and growth of the global business. Renee has also served as a member of the board of directors and the audit committee of Candel Therapeutics since August 2022.
Renee earned her BS degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University. She began her career in public accounting and also is a certified public accountant.
