This Policy: This Shockwave Medical, Inc. („Shockwave„) Environmental Policy (this „Policy„) outlines our commitment to minimize the impact of our business on the environment.
Commitment: Shockwave is committed to protecting our environment by developing, implementing, and continually improving programs to conduct all aspects of our business in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner. In furtherance of the foregoing, we shall:
- Plan. Give appropriate weight to this Policy when making future planning and investment decisions,
- Establish. Establish environmental targets and objectives to achieve continual improvement and sustainable development,
- Implement. Develop and implement programs to reduce and prevent pollution and limit depletion of natural resources,
- Comply. Comply with all applicable environmental laws, rules, regulations, and other requirements to which Shockwave subscribes,
- Monitor. Monitor the effectiveness of the results of our environment programs, targets, and objectives through periodic management reviews, and
- Encourage. Encourage our suppliers and subcontractors to adopt comparable environmental principles and practices.
