Cathy joined Shockwave Medical in June 2018 and serves as Vice President, Human Resources, after serving as Sr. Director, Human Resources for two years. Previously she was with Cardinal Health as Sr. HR Manager in the Cordis business, supporting Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing Operations & Engineering, Research & Development, Clinical Operations, as well as Regulatory Affairs and Quality.
Prior to the Cardinal Health acquisition of Cordis, Cathy worked for Cordis as part of Johnson & Johnson where she supported Research & Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Affairs for various businesses on the west coast, including Cordis.
