Cathy joined Shockwave Medical in June 2018 and serves as Vice President, Human Resources, after serving as Sr. Director, Human Resources for 2 years. Previously she was with Cardinal Health as Sr. HR Manager in the Cordis business, supporting Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing Operations & Engineering, Research & Development, Clinical Operations, as well as Regulatory Affairs and Quality.
Prior to the Cardinal Health acquisition of Cordis, Cathy worked for Cordis as part of Johnson & Johnson where she supported Research & Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Affairs for various businesses on the west coast, including Cordis.
